Working with families with people who present developmental challenges is my passion. The progress of each person I work with has become my greatest motivation not only to attend to them individually but also to form a national and international team in search of improving people's quality of life from each of the fronts.
The only way we can get new interventions to develop, to improve practices and policies, is together. We are happy to be part of a project that seeks to contribute to great changes together with so many families, professionals, wonderful institutions willing to join forces.
Directing Neurodevelopment in Quito has been one of the greatest challenges of my professional career and my personal life. It is a reality that has positively changed the lives of so many people, so we will continue working and seeking access to services for all without limitations.
