UNITED FOR VICKY

Victoria Cortéz (Vicky) is a 9 year old girl with a sweet smile. She was born on October 3, 2011 and since that day she has received various diagnoses that have led her (her and her family) to experience a career full of "unanswered questions."

From 2 to 7 years old, he has experienced a series of neurological symptoms (seizures, among others) for which he has received several diagnoses that are in conflict without concluding anything clear. So far Vicky has had different treatments based on her symptoms, but never on a diagnosis. This is where a genetic test can guide treatment to improve the quality of life for Vicky and her entire family.

Due to the difficult economic situation of Vicky's family, as Neurodesarrollo Quito we want to help them, so we have organized talks to expose topics in which we specialize, to which they can register with a minimum financial contribution.

All the money will go to the family, the remaining payment for the genetic test, mobilization (including improvements for Vicky's wheelchair) and all the subsequent treatments they may have.
